Nicki Minaj shot a music video for her latest single off her Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded album, “Pound The Alarm“, in her native country Trinidad and Tobago yesterday (July 4th).

The video will be directed by Benny Boom and be inspired by a carnival theme. You can watch some short footage above and view photos of Nicki on set of the video shoot below!

    Yeah Nicki! I am also a Trini, plus my nieces (Shynel and Jada) and nephew (Nicolas) were there at the video shoot on the stilts. So proud!
