Tommy Hilfiger Purchases Nicki Minaj An Expensive Gift For Her Support At 2013 Met Gala

Tommy Hilfiger recently hit up Nicki Minaj to let her know that he wanted to dress her for the 2013 Met Gala, which is also known as the biggest fashion event of the year.

To thank the Young Money Barbie for her support and saying yes to sit at his table at the Met Gala, the designer bought her a nice gift with a note saying “To Nicki – xo, Tommy”. The present was a Rolex Day-Date II Oyster 41mm watch in Everose gold and these cost around $37,000.

I wish I had friends like that!
