A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie recently sat down with Rap-Up for an interview, which you can check out after the jump below.
During their conversation, A Boogie spoke on opening up for Drake during his shows at the Madison Square Garden on his “Summer Sixteen” tour.
The New York rapper also revealed that we will see a collaboration from him and Drizzy “next year for sure”!
“I was driving one day and he hit me up like: ‘Yo, what’s up? It’s Drake.’ A few days later, I Facetimed him to make sure it was really him and all that. After a while we were texting, talking about music, and he was telling me he liked all my songs. We met up in a few more days in MSG. He hit me up the day before MSG like: ‘What’s up? You trying to perform?’ So of course I say: ‘yeah.’ I wasn’t really all the way prepared because I had 8-hour notice.”
“Yeah, you’ll see a collaboration if not the end of this year, next year for sure.”
