Drake & Nicki Minaj Receive Nominations At The 2018 BET Awards

The nominations for this year’s BET Awards have been announced and Young Money’s Drake and Nicki Minaj have both received nods.

Drizzy earned 4 nods in the “Best Male Hip-Hop Artist Award”, “Video Of The Year Award”, and “Coca-Cola Viewers’ Choice Award” categories while Nicki earned 3 nods in the “Best Female Hip-Hop Artist Award”, “Dr. Bobby Jones Best Gospel/Inspirational Award”, and “Coca-Cola Viewers’ Choice Award” categories.

You can see which competition they all have after the jump below. The 2018 BET Awards will air live on June 24th from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California!

Drake & Nicki Minaj Earn Nominations At The 2018 Billboard Music Awards

Billboard have revealed the nominations for their Music Awards show and Young Money’s Lil Wayne, Drake, and Nicki Minaj have all received nominations.

Weezy earned 1 nod in the “Top Rap Song” category, Nicki earned 1 nod in the “Top Rap Female Artist” category, and Drizzy earned a total of 9 nominations.

The categories that the 6 God was nominated in were: “Top Artist”, “Billboard Chart Achievement Award”, “Top Male Artist”, “Top Billboard 200 Artist”, “Top Streaming Songs Artist”, “Top Rap Artist”, “Top Rap Male Artist”, “Top Billboard 200 Album”, and “Top Rap Album”.

You can see which competition they all have after the jump below. The 2018 BBMAs will air live on Sunday, May 20th from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas at 8:00PM EST on NBC!

Drake & Nicki Minaj Are Both Nominated At The 2017 Billboard Music Awards

The nominations for the 2017 Billboard Music Awards have been announced today and Drake was one of the most nominated music artists.

Drizzy was nominated a total of 22 times in the categories: “Top Artist”, “Top Male Artist”, “Top Billboard 200 Artist”, “Top Hot 100 Artist”, “Top Song Sales Artist”, “Top Radio Songs Artist”, “Top Streaming Songs Artist”, “Top Rap Artist”, “Top Rap Tour”, “Top Billboard 200 Album”, “Top Rap Album”, “Top Hot 100 Song”, “Top Selling Song”, “Top Radio Song”, “Top Streaming Song (Audio)”, “Top Collaboration”, “Top R&B Song”, “Top R&B Collaboration”, and “Top Rap Song”.

Nicki Minaj also received a nomination in the “Billboard Chart Achievement Award” category. This year’s Billboard Music Awards will air May 21st at 8:00PM on ABC. You can see who the Young Money artists’ competition is to win their awards below!

Drake Wins 6 Awards At The 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards

The 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards aired last night from The Forum in Inglewood, California and Drake won a total of 6 awards.

Out of his 12 nominations, Drizzy won in the categories “Hip-Hop Song Of The Year” for “One Dance“, “Hip-Hop Artist Of The Year”, “R&B Song Of The Year” for “Work” with Rihanna, “Best Collaboration” for “Work” with Rihanna, “Most Thumbed Up Artist Of The Year”, and “Most Thumbed Up Song Of The Year” for “One Dance“.

Unfortunately, the 6 God was not in attendance at this year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards as he is currently in Europe on his “The Boy Meets World” tour. Congratulations to Drizzy Drake on his wins!

Drake Earns 5 Nominations At The 2017 JUNO Awards

The nominations for the 2017 JUNO Awards, which is an annual awards show to acknowledge Canadian music artists, were announced recently and Drake received a total of 5.

Drizzy was nominated in the categories “Artist Of The Year”, “Album Of The Year” for VIEWS, “Rap Recording” for VIEWS, “Single Of The Year” for “One Dance“, and “JUNO Fan Choice Award” (to vote for him, just use “#JFCDrake” on Twitter or Instagram).

Drake & Nicki Minaj Are Both Nominated At The 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards

The nominations for the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards have been announced (see below) and Young Money artists Drake and Nicki Minaj both picked up nods.

Nicki was nominated in the “Best Music Video” category for “Side To Side” and Drake earned a total of 12 nominations in the categories: “Song of the Year” for “One Dance“, “Male Artist of the Year”, “Hip-Hop Song of the Year” for “Controlla“, “For Free” and “One Dance“, “Hip-Hop Artist of the Year”, “R&B Song of the Year” for “Work“, “Best Lyrics” for “Too Good“, “Best Collaboration” for “Work“, “Best Music Video” for “Work“, “Most Thumbed Up Artist”, and “Most Thumbed Up Song”.

This year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards will be taking place from The Forum in Inglewood, California on Sunday, March 5th and be broadcasted live on TBS, TNT, and truTV at 8PM EST/5PM PST, as well as the iHeartRadio stations and app!

Drake Wins 4 Awards At The 2016 American Music Awards

Drake won a total of four awards at the 2016 American Music Awards, which took place last Sunday (November 20th) in Los Angeles.

Out of 13 nominations, Drizzy took home awards in the categories: “Favorite Album – Rap/Hip-Hop” for Views, “Favorite Artist – Rap/Hip-Hop”, “Favorite Song – Rap/Hip-Hop” for “Hotline Bling“, and “Favorite Song – Soul/R&B” for Rihanna’s “Work“.

If you can recall, the 6 God also broke a record at this year’s AMAs by surpassing Michael Jackson’s 11 nomination record back in 1984!
