Last month, Zaytoven hinted at a collaboration project from Drake and Gucci Mane that would include production from himself and Mike WiLL Made It.
In a new conversation with Vlad TV, the producer has now revealed more details about the joint project including who came up with the idea to do it.
Zaytoven also announced the tentative title for it, The 6ers, which is of course a nod to Drizzy being from the “6ix” and Gucci being from “Zone 6”.
Before moving onto another subject, the producer also confirmed that they have 2 songs completed so far. You can watch the interview after the jump below!
2 Chainz recently chopped it up with Complex over the phone for an interview about his new project, Daniel Son: Necklace Don.
During their conversation, Tity Boi revealed how his “Big Amount” collaboration with Drake that was produced by Buddah Bless came about.
Chainz also mentioned that Drizzy is “one of the top dudes in the game” and said they recorded 2 songs that night. You can read everything he said below!
According to the RIAA, Meek Mill‘s “R.I.C.O.” single featuring Drake was certified Platinum on July 22nd.
This means that the Vinylz-produced song has been purchased over 1 million times since it was first released last year (June 29th) on Meek‘s Dreams Worth More Than Money album.
Congratulations to Mill and Drizzy on this great achievement. If you didn’t already know, this track was the beginning of their “beef“!
We heard the “PastDope!” remix yesterday, and now here is another G6Kidd and Flow collaboration that is called “Let That Sink In“.

On the final night of his 7th annual OVO Fest at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Canada a few days ago (August 1st), Drake brought out Kanye West as a surprise guest.
While on stage before performing “Father Stretch My Hands Part 1“, Yeezy asked the crowd who is ready to hear a collaboration album from himself and the 6 God:
“Toronto, I got one question for you – is y’all ready for this album? I wasn’t talking about Pablo. I wasn’t talking about Views. I wanna ask y’all right now, are y’all ready for this album?”
If you recall back to February in 2015, Kanye also revealed that him and Drizzy began to record a joint album titled Wolves, so I wouldn’t be surprised if this project does come out sometime in the future.

2 Chainz took to his Instagram page earlier this week to announce he will be releasing a new mixtape, Daniel Son; Necklace Don, via Apple Music on August 5th.
Tity Boi revealed the news by posting a screenshot of a text conversation with Drake (see below), which started with Drizzy asking “When we dropping that joint?”.
I am pretty sure that this means Chainz and the 6 God will have a collaboration together on the project. I guess we will have to wait a couple of days and see on Friday!
According to the RIAA, Trey Songz‘ “Touchin’, Lovin’” single featuring Nicki Minaj was offically certified Gold on July 20th.
