Drake Has Spent 400 Consecutive Weeks On Billboard Hot 100 Chart

According to Chart Data, Drake has been on Billboard’s “Hot 100” chart for 400 consecutive weeks.

Drizzy tied with his Young Money boss Lil Wayne at the end of 2016 for the most “Hot 100” hits, but now this is another amazing achievement for him as he is the first music artist to spend 400 weeks on the chart.

There are only 3 other artists with 200 or more consecutive weeks on the Billboard chart: Lil Wayne with 326 weeks, Rihanna with 216 weeks and Nicki Minaj with 207 weeks. A big congratulations to the 6 God!

Drake Views Is No 1 On Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart For 9 Consecutive Weeks

Drake‘s VIEWS album is still currently No. 1 on Billboard‘s “Top 200 Albums” chart, which now makes it nine consecutive weeks that it has been in the top slot! In other words, since VIEWS dropped it has been No. 1 every single week!

According to Nielsen Music, Drizzy‘s latest album sold 111,000 units in the past week with streams and sales. VIEWS has now surpassed Eminem’s The Marshall Mathers LP (eight weeks) to claim the third-most weeks in the top spot by a hip-hop album.

The 2 albums above Drizzy Drake are Vanilla Ice’s To The Extreme album with 16 weeks at No. 1 and MC Hammer’s Please Hammer Don’t Hurt ‘Em album with 21 weeks at No. 1. Do you think the 6 God can surpass these projects with VIEWS?

Drake Views Leads Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart For 6 Consecutive Weeks

Drake‘s VIEWS album is No. 1 again this week on Billboard‘s “Top 200 Albums” chart, which makes it six consecutive weeks that it has been in the top spot!

According to Nielsen Music, Drizzy Drake‘s latest project VIEWS sold 135,000 units this past week – 81,000 in streaming, 32,000 in traditional album sales, and 22,000 in track equivalent album units.

The last male artist to have his album No. 1 on the chart for six weeks in a row was 50 Cent with The Massacre back in 2005. Eminem also has seven non-consecutive weeks at No. 1 with his Recovery album in 2010, so do you think Drizzy can grab that accomplishment next?

Drake Views & One Dance Lead Billboard Top 200 Albums & Hot 100 Charts For Consecutive Weeks

Drake‘s latest studio album, VIEWS, has now been #1 on the Billboard “Top 200 Albums” chart for 5 weeks in a row after selling 152,000 units this past week.

Some more great news for Drizzy is that his “One Dance” single featuring Kyla and Wizkid is also still No. 1 on Billboard’s “Hot 100” chart. This makes it the 6 God‘s third week in a row at #1, but four weeks non-consecutively.

This last music artist to lead Billboard’s “Top 200 Albums” and “Hot 100” charts was Adele with her 25 album and “Hello” single. However, she did this for 6 weeks, so do you think Drizzy Drake can keep it going that long? 50 Cent was also the last rapper to have this achievement with The Massacre and “Candy Shop” back in 2005!
