Lil Twist Dont Get It Twisted Album Pushed Back

I’m pretty sure we all knew that Lil Twist‘s Don’t Get It Twisted album would be pushed back, because it was set to drop in 4 days and the artwork or tracklist has still not been released! But anyways, Twizzy tweets that the new date for the album is April 17th and we should all put the blame on Cortez Bryant.

After dropping episode 1 last week, Lil Twist just released episode 2 of his “Don’t Get It Twisted” vlog. In this episode, you can see Twizzy performing on the “Careless World” tour in New York, visiting MTV, BET and XXL studios for an interview, chilling with Big Sean and Cory Gunz, recording a verse in the studio, and more.

Anyone else find it crazy that Twist‘s album is supposed to drop in one weeks time, but we haven’t even got the artwork or tracklist :?:

Lil Twist Receives Advice From Drake About Overcoming Stress With His Album

MTV recently chopped it up with Lil Twist about who he gets advice from when his Don’t Get It Twisted album got pushed back from 2011 to 2012.

“I talked to my mom mostly, and then Wayne,” Twist told Mixtape Daily about whom he sought advice from each time his Don’t Get It Twisted album got pushed back. “Wayne and Young Money president Mack Maine are like my brothers, and Drake also. Drake is always a good person to give advice. Drake went through everything as far as being a new artist and on the same label, seeing how everything went down,” he said of his Young Money labelmate. “So he was just letting me know what was going to go down, how I need to go about it and just how to overcome the stress that I was feeling coming out with this album.”
