Drake Makes The Top 5 Of Forbes Celebrity 100 List

Forbes have released their “Celebrity 100” magazine issue that includes a top 100 list of the world’s highest-paid celebrities of 2017.

After coming No. 69 on the 2016 list, Drake has now jumped all the way up No. 4 on this year’s list with $94 million thanks to his “The Boy Meets World” tour and endorsement deals.

Behind Drizzy Drake at No. 5 was Cristiano Ronaldo with $93 million and in front of Drizzy at No. 3 was J.K. Rowling with $95 million, No. 2 was Beyonce with $105 million, and No. 1 was Diddy with $130 milion!

Drake Makes The Top 5 Of Forbes 2017 Hip Hop Wealthiest Artists List

Forbes have revealed who the top 5 rappers are that have made their 2017 “Hip-Hop’s Wealthiest Artists” list and Drake is one of them.

With a total of $90 million, Drizzy made the #5 spot on the list, which is calculated by “looking at past earnings, valuing current holdings, leafing through financial documents and talking to analysts, attorneys, managers, other industry players and even some of the moguls themselves to find the details”.

Above the 6 God was Birdman in fourth place with $110 million, Dr. Dre in third place with $740 million, Jay Z in second place with $810 million, and Diddy in first place with $820 million!

Christina Milian Talks Social Media, Launching A Facebook Chatbot, Acting & More With Forbes

Christina Milian recently chopped it up with Dan Schawbel for an interview with Forbes after she had teamed up with Josh Bocanegra from Persona Technologies to launch her chatbot on Facebook Messenger.

The YM singer and songwriter chatted about how she has used social media to connect to her audience, how she became interested in Chatbots, how she thinks launching a Facebook bot will help her brand, acting, managing being a mother and her career, and shares some career advice.

Nicki Minaj & Drake Both Rank In The Top 10 Forbes 2016 Hip-Hop Cash Kings List

Forbes have released their 2016 Hip-Hop Cash Kings list and Young Money’s Drake and Nicki Minaj both appeared in the top 10 ranking.

Drizzy came in at #4 earning around $38.5 million, which means he has moved down a spot from last year, and Nicki (who is the only female on the list) came in at #6 earning around $20.5 million, which means she has moved up 3 places from 2015.

Drake Has Made His Very First Appearance On The Forbes Five List

Drake has made his very first appearance on “The Forbes Five” list, which shows who are currently the wealthiest artists in hip-hop, by coming in at #5.

To compile the Forbes Five list, we follow the same procedures used to calculate our list of the world’s billionaires: looking at past earnings, valuing current holdings, leafing through real estate records and talking to analysts, attorneys, managers, venture capitalists and some of the moguls themselves to find the details.

According to Forbes, Drizzy has a net worth of $60 million, due to his music, touring, and deals with Apple, Nike, and Sprite.

The other 4 rappers that came above Drizzy Drake on Forbes’ annual list were: Diddy, Dr. Dre, Jay Z, and Birdman!

Drake & Nicki Minaj Both Rank In The Top 10 Of Forbes 2015 Hip Hop Cash Kings List

Forbes released their 2015 Hip-Hop Cash Kings list yesterday, which calculates earnings from June 2014 to June 2015, and Young Money’s Drake and Nicki Minaj both ranked in the top 10.

Drizzy came in at #3 earning around $39.5 million from touring and making nearly $1 million every night, his If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late project, as well as his Sprite and Nike endorsements.

The Barbie, who was the only female on the list, came in at #9 earning around $21 million from touring, as well as her Pepsi and Myx Fusions endorsements.

Drake Appears On Forbes The Worlds Highest Paid Celebrities List

Forbes have released their The World’s Highest-Paid Celebrities list and only a few rappers made their way into the top 95.

The only artist from Young Money to appear in the list was Drake, who is placed at #54 with earnings at around $39.5 million – thanks to his Sprite and Nike deals.
