While out in London on his “The Boy Meets World” tour, Drake chopped it up with DJ Semtex for a one-on-one interview. You can listen to the audio of their conversation below, but check back on Monday to watch a video of the full interview.

During their lengthy conversation, Drizzy spoke on realizing his turning point in the music industry was when Lil Wayne rapped his “Money To Blow” verse live at the MTV Video Music Awards, working with Wayne, his So Far Gone mixtape, ghostwriting for Dr. Dre, and his Views album.

The 6 God also discussed his “One Dance single, why he released “Pop Style” at the same time, how he discovered Kyla‘s original song, racism, why he doesn’t want his 2 new Grammy awards, Quentin Miller, his beef with Meek Mill, people thinking he stole the flow of XXXTENTACION, why More Life is a playlist and not an album, Skepta, UK rap, Giggs, his OVO Sound Radio show, and Santan Dave.

Throughout the interview, Drizzy Drake even revealed that he has distanced himself from Kanye West after he brought up his and DJ Khaled‘s name in a rant and so they are no longer working on a joint project, can not see him and Meek ever being friends, and thinks the best rappers are in London!

Chance The Rapper won a few big awards at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday night (February 12th) and he even beat Drake to win “Best Rap Album” and “Best Rap Performance”.

In great spirit, Drizzy congratulated Chance on his wins all the way from Manchester, England as he is currently on his “The Boy Meets World” European tour.

“CONGRATS BOI!!!!!!! WELL DESERVED. I AM IN MANCHESTER HAVING A DRINK FOR U BROSKI. MORE MORE MORE”

Drake Won 2 Awards For Hotline Bling At The 59th Annual Grammys

Yesterday, the 59th Annual Grammy Awards aired live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

Out of 8 nominations, Drake won 2 awards at the show in the “Best Rap/Sung Performance” and “Best Rap Song” categories, which were both for his “Hotline Bling” single off Views.

Drizzy was in Manchester, UK on his “The Boy Meets World” tour last night, so unfortunately he couldn’t be in attendance at the Grammys to accept his awards. Congratulations to the 6 God on his wins!

The nominations for the 59th Annual Grammy Awards have been announced today and Drake has earned a total of 8 nods.

Drizzy has been nominated in the categories “Record Of The Year” for Rihanna’s “Work” single, “Album Of The Year” for Views, “Best R&B Song” for PARTYNEXTDOOR’s “Come And See Me” single, “Best Rap Performance” for his “Pop Style” single, “Best Rap/Sung Collaboration” for his “Hotline Bling” single, “Best Pop Duo/Group Performance” for Rihanna’s “Work” single, “Best Rap Album” for Views, and “Best Rap Song” for his “Hotline Bling” single.
