Drake Receives Three Nominations At The 2013 Grammy Awards

Last night, the nominations for the 55th Annual Grammy Awards were announced. Drake was the only artist from Young Money who received a nomination at the awards show, which will air on February 10th at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on CBS.

Drizzy was nominated for Best Rap Performance with “HYFR (Hell Ya Fuckin’ Right)“, Best Rap Song with “The Motto“, and Best Rap Album with “Take Care“. You can view which other music artists he is up against after the jump below.

Drake continued on celebrating his 26th birthday and high school Diploma achievement by attending and performing at Club Compound in Atlanta, Georgia on October 20th.

Drake Wins 2 Awards At The 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards

Last night, the 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards aired on TV after they were pre-taped on September 29th at the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center in Georgia.

Only Lil Chuckee from Young Money attended the awards show, but Drake did win 2 awards out of his 11 nominations for “HYFR (Hell Ya Fuckin’ Right)” with Lil Wayne in the “Best Hip-Hop Video” category and “No Lie” with 2 Chainz in the “People’s Champ Award” category.

Unfortunately, Nicki Minaj didn’t win her nomination in the “Made You Look Award (Best Hip-Hop Style)” category and Tyga didn’t win any awards for his verse on “The Motto“.

Kendrick Lamar Brings Out Drake To Perform “HYFR” In Toronto [Videos]

Kendrick Lamar brought out Drake during BET’s “Music Matters” tour in Toronto, Canada at the Sound Academy last night (September 19th). Drizzy performed his Take Care single, “HYFR (Hell Ya Fuckin’ Right)“, live and the crowd went crazy! Check out some footage of the performance in the video above and after the jump below.

In related news, we can be looking forward to a new Kendrick Lamar song called “Poetic Justice” featuring Drizzy Drake that will appear on Kendrick‘s upcoming album, good kid, m.A.A.d city, dropping October 22nd.

Here are the videos of Young Money accepting their awards at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles at the Staples Center on September 6th.

In the video above, Nicki picks up her award for “Best Female Video” with “Starships” and says her speech with Mack Maine and Scaff Beezy by her side.

After the jump, Drake and Lil Wayne pick up their award for “Best Hip-Hop Video” with “HYFR (Hell Ya Fuckin’ Right)“, and Drizzy dedicates the trophy to any kid who has took a long walk home in their life.
