“I’m just happy that I can be a part of a record that’s influencing and making so many young, ambitious dancers so much money,” Wale playfully told MTV News from the set of Tyga’s remix video in Miami. “I think it’s important that we continue to make songs like this, because it’s keeping the whole game of … ,” Wale started before completely losing his train of thought. “The cycle of the economy,” Loso chimed in. “It’s very beneficial to so many young women across the country,” Wale picked back up. “The strip clubs are stress relief. Welcome to Rack City!” Tyga just nodded in agreement. “Everything they said,” he added with a laugh.

Posted on 12. Jan, 2012 by Danny M.
MTV recently chopped it up with Lil Twist about who he gets advice from when his Don’t Get It Twisted album got pushed back from 2011 to 2012.
“I talked to my mom mostly, and then Wayne,” Twist told Mixtape Daily about whom he sought advice from each time his Don’t Get It Twisted album got pushed back. “Wayne and Young Money president Mack Maine are like my brothers, and Drake also. Drake is always a good person to give advice. Drake went through everything as far as being a new artist and on the same label, seeing how everything went down,” he said of his Young Money labelmate. “So he was just letting me know what was going to go down, how I need to go about it and just how to overcome the stress that I was feeling coming out with this album.”

“The guy who tatted it is a fucking asshole, for real. I don’t fuck with that guy. Fuck you to that tat artist cause you’re an asshole for real, and you should lose your job. You should never do tattoos again. I don’t fuck with you and if I ever see you, I’mma fuck you up.”

Drake Will Shoot “Take Care” Video With Rihanna Next!
Posted on 22. Dec, 2011 by Danny M.
“It’s a project where I think visuals are called for, for a lot of those records,” he said. “So we’re working on definitely the ‘Take Care’ video, which we’re trying to get shot soon and a couple of other ones, too, off the album.”
Drake, who can now hoist another platinum plaque for Take Care, wouldn’t dish on the treatment or concept for the video, but he has high expectations for it. “I want to make it perfect — the best video I’ve done to date — so I’m just taking my time,” he said.
