Last night, it was announced that Nicki Minaj will be performing live at the 2013 BET Awards. If you didn’t already know, Nicki is nominated for “Best Female Hip Hop Artist” at the awards show, which will take place at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live on June 30th in Los Angeles.

In related news, Ciara‘s “I’m Out” music video featuring the Young Money Barbie will premiere on the BET Awards Pre-Show at 6PM EST!

Earlier today, the nominations for the 2013 BET Awards were announced at a press conference in Los Angeles, California. Drake leads the nominations this year with an amazing number of 12 while his YM label-mate Nicki Minaj received 1 nomination.

The Barbie is nominated in the category “Best Female Hip Hop Artist” and Drizzy is nominated in the categories: “Best Collaboration”, “Best Male Hip Hop Artist”, “Video of the Year”, and “Coca-Cola Viewers Choice Award”.

The 2013 BET Awards, which will be hosted by Chris Tucker, will take place at the Nokia Theater L.A. Live on June 30th in Los Angeles. There is no word yet on if any of the Young Money artists will attend and perform at the awards show!
