Tyga and Chris Brown have postponed their Fan Of A Fan 2 mixtape, which was originally supposed to be released a few months back. Chris can be seen explaining why they have both postponed the project in the video above during a visit to “Big Boy’s Neighborhood” radio show earlier this week.
T-Raww‘s reasons for the Fan Of A Fan 2 push back are – he has just recently had a baby and he is currently working on his Hotel California album. Breezy‘s reasons for the push back are – he is focusing on his tour, working on his Carpe Diem album, and he doesn’t want to release any more free music for a while.
The third installment of Gudda Gudda‘s Guddaville mixtape series was supposed to be released later today while it is Halloween, but it has now been pushed back. The President of Young Money, Mack Maine, went on Twitter last night to announce the new release date for Guddaville 3, which is November 7th!
Guddaville 3 will be dropping next week November 7th…..sorry for the delay but it’s worth the wait!!! LOVE
I know YMCMB are famous for pushing back their projects, but I’m not sure why they pushed G3 back because Double Gconfirmed late last night that the tape is indeed complete:
The tape is finished #knodat #GV3 nov 7th sum things are outta my kontrol…
In the video above, you can watch episode 4 of Tyga‘s “Careless World” vlog. Shown in this episode is Tyga at schools, Lil Wayne watching his show and greeting him backstage, Honey Cocaine battling a female who stepped up to Tygaman asking to be signed to Last Kings, and more. Check out episode 3 here!
In related news, T-Raw‘s Careless World album and Lil Twist’s Don’t Get It Twisted album have both been pushed back to December, which is just like I expected after Drake’s Take Care album got pushed back.
Lil Chuckee will be dropping a new mixtape this Monday (February 14) on Valentines Day titled Bride Of Chuckee. You can view the official cover above, and the tape will be hosted by DJ Lazy K.
Jae Millz also pushed back his two mixtapes that were supposed to drop today to Valentines Day.
In the video above, Drake performs the very first track from his Thank Me Later album, “Fireworks” at his Away From Home tour at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. To start the song, he uses the same line he used to end on “Fear”, and MTV have reported that Drizzy‘s debut album will now be released on June 15th (previously May 25th).
With the frequent delays of Lil Wayne‘s Rebirth album and an unconfirmed release date, SOHH spoke with Young Money‘s Shanell aka SNL, who penned “Prom Queen,” about the project’s unknown release.
Claiming the album will bring something new to the game, Shanell also said Weezy‘s creativity has forced the album’s delay.
“It ‘does’ exist and it’s incredible in my eyes,” Shanell promised. “I really think it shows another side of Wayne and Young Money because everybody’s on it. Everybody’s been able to express somewhat an alternative side of themselves so it’s gonna be interesting, it’s going to be different. There’s a lot of rapping, but there’s a lot of other stuff. I just think the world is ready to hear some different music. He’s a creative person and you can’t rush creativity and as you saw even with Tha Carter 3 album, that was pushed back and pushed back and pushed back but when it came out? It blew up and it was a great album so I would say, you know, good things come to those who wait.”
