DJ Greg Street recently interviewed Tyga about what it was like to be nominated for a GRAMMY award, his upcoming #BitchImTheShit mixtape, Careless World, the biggest mixtape T-Raw has dropped, his Last Kings label, the F.A.M.E. tour, how he met up with Lil Wayne, shooting a video for “Still Got It” in the next 2 weeks in New York City, his R.O.A.R. (Reach Out And Represent) campaign, and more.

Tyga recently visited Oakwood Collegiate Institute in Toronto, Canada on September 19th to speak to the students about how vital education is. While on the F.A.M.E. tour with Chris Brown, T-Pain and Kelly Rowland, Tygaman is also promoting his R.O.A.R. (Reach Out And Represent) Youth Empowerment Campaign, which reaches out to the youth to address issues such as: violence, drug involvement, poor decision-making, poor self-esteem and damaging impacts of media. At the high school, T-Raw presented certificates and tickets to attend his F.A.M.E. show to the students who had a great attendance record and good behavior.

“I graduated high school, a lot of y’all will be graduating soon so it’s important to stay in school and follow your dreams,” Tyga said into the microphone. “I look up to people that are close to me with success from Wayne, Nicki to Drake. Growing up, I was a self-motivator. I didn’t like really have anybody to look up to like that. You have to be yourself. If being you falls into being different from everybody else, so be it.”
