Tyga recently sat down with DJ Skee on his “Live From L.A.” radio show on SiriusXM Hip Hop Nation. Fashion writer Isaac Hindin-Miller recently had the opportunity to sit in one of Tyga‘s studio sessions at Paramount Recording Studios in Los Angeles, California to watch Ty record his new album, Hotel California.
Some of the news Isaac shared from this one studio session was that Tygaman originally wanted Rihanna to sing the chorus on one of his upcoming songs, but she didn’t want to do it because she loved the whole track and wanted it for her own album, which may mean T-Raww could be featured on RiRi‘s upcoming Unapologetic album. Isaac also shared what Ty and his crew do every night in the studio, what his recording process is like, and more!

The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards nominees were announced yesterday and Drake leads the list with a total of 5 nominations. Drizzy‘s Young Money boss Lil Waynereceived 2 nominations and his label-mate Nicki Minaj received 3 nominations.

Now here is some more behind the scenes footage from the video shoot that took place over the weekend in Miami, courtesy of Deborah Acosta from The Miami Herald.

When Drake was in England for his “Club Paradise” tour at the end of March, he sat down with Max from Choice FM for an interview. In the video above, Drizzy talks about his relationship with Rihanna. While out in England on his “Club Paradise” tour, Drake chopped it up with KISS FM radio station for an interview, which you can check out in the video above.
