Chanel West Coast recently chopped it up with Locale Magazine for an interview about where she is from, acting, her Now You Know mixtape, inspirations, her goals, fashion, and shared advice she has for any upcoming artists.
The Young Money artist also discussed how she first met Rob Dyrdek, how life in the spotlight is, “Ridiculousness” vs. “Fantasy Factory”, her very first live show, always wanting to be in the music industry, her forthcoming debut studio album, and more.

Chanel West Coast recently appeared on ABC News for an interview about her “Miles And Miles” music video, the age of when she first wanted to be a music artist, writing poems, working on MTV’s “Ridiculousness” and “Rob Dyrdek’s Fantasy Factory”, and more.
Also during the conversation, Chanel announced that her debut studio album will be released in 2015, as well as spoke on how she got signed to Young Money, first meeting Lil Wayne, and getting his stamp of approval on her music.

While at SXSW in Austin, Texas, Chanel West Coast announces to Bootleg Kev of Power 98.3 that she is the newest artist signed to Young Money Entertainment. She also mentions that she is managed by the same people that manage Lil Wayne – Cortez Bryant and Gee Roberson.
During the interview, Chanel West Coast talks about her upcoming mixtape, working at the Fantasy Factory with Rob Dyrdek, rapping at 14-years-old, having male and female groupies, being a white female rapper, and more.
