On November 4th, the 2016 MOBO (Music Of Black Origin) Awards took place at The SSE Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland.

Drake won an award at the show for “Best International Act”, but unfortunately he was not in attendance to accept his award.

Drake Wins An Award At The 2016 MTV Europe Music Awards

The 2016 MTV Europe Music Awards took place live from the Rotterdam Ahoy in Netherlands on Sunday (November 6th).

Out of his 3 nominations at this year’s MTV EMAs, the 6 God won 1 award at the show, which was in the “Best Hip-Hop” category.

Even though he was not in attendance, Drake did acknowledge he is grateful for winning the award by posting the above pic on his Instagram!

Drake Won 2 Awards At The 2016 BET Hip-Hop Awards

Earlier this month, the 2016 BET Hip-Hop Awards aired on television and after being nominated 14 times in 11 categories, Drake took home 2 awards.

Drizzy was victorious in the “Album Of The Year” and “Best Hip-Hop Video” categories for his Views project and his “Hotline Bling” visual.

Drake Wins An Award At The 2016 MTV Video Music Awards

The 2016 MTV Video Music Awards took place on Sunday (August 28th) at the Madison Square Garden in New York City and Drake won 1 award at the show.

Drizzy was nominated for 5 awards at this year’s VMAs, but the 1 award he did win was in the “Best Hip-Hop Video” category for his Hotline Bling” visual, so congratulations to him on that!

Unfortunately, the 6 God was stuck in traffic when they announced he had won his award, so as he only turned up late to the awards show, he couldn’t say a speech. However, you can watch him present Rihanna with a Video Vanguard Award here!

Drake Wins 3 & Nicki Minaj Wins 1 Award At The 2016 BET Awards

The 2016 BET Awards took place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday (June 26th) and even though Drake and Nicki Minaj were not in attendance, they did both win awards on the evening.

Nicki won 1 award in the “Best Female Hip-Hop Artist” category and Drizzy won 3 awards in the categories “Best Male Hip-Hop Artist”, “Best Group” with Future, and “Best Collaboration” for Rihanna’s “Work” single.

The 2016 iHeartRadio Much Music Video Awards took place in Toronto, Canada on Sunday (June 19th) and even though Drake was not in attendance, the 6 God did win four out of the six nominations he had at the awards show.

Drizzy won his awards in the categories: “Video Of The Year” for “Hotline Bling“, “Best Hip-Hop Video” for “Hotline Bling“, “Best MuchFACT Video” for “My Love” with Majid Jordan, and “Most Buzzworthy Canadian” for “Hotline Bling“.

Drake Wins Top Rap Artist At The 2016 Billboard Music Awards

Last weekend (May 22nd), the 2016 Billboard Music Awards took place from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Drake had 11 nominations at the awards show and he was the winner of 1 award, which was in the “Top Rap Artist” category.

Congratulations to Drizzy on his win! He beat out Fetty Wap, Future, Wiz Khalifa, and Silento to win the award.
