Drake Won 13 Awards At The 2017 BBMAs, Breaks The Record For Most Wins At The Show In A Year

Yesterday, Drake broke a new record by taking home 13 awards at the 2017 Billboard Music Awards. Adele held the record previously with winning 12 awards back in 2012.

Out of his 22 nominations, Drizzy won awards in the categories: “Top Billboard 200 Artist”, “Top Hot 100 Artist”, “Top Song Sales Artist”, “Top Streaming Songs Artist”, “Top Rap Artist”, “Top Rap Album”, “Top Rap Tour”, “Top Streaming Song (Audio)”, “Top R&B Song”, “Top R&B Collaboration”, “Top Male Artist”, “Top Billboard 200 Album”, and “Top Artist”.

You can see Drizzy Drake accepting 3 of his awards in clips after the jump below. When accepting the “Top Artist” award, the 6 God brought up his Young Money label-mates on stage with him!

Nicki Minaj, Drake & Lil Wayne All Nominated At The 2015 Billboard Music Awards

The 2015 Billboard Music Awards nominations were revealed today! Out of Young Money, Nicki Minaj received 4 nominations, Drake received 3 nominations, and Lil Wayne received 1 nomination for Chris Brown’s “Loyal” song in the “Top R&B Song” category.

Nicki was nominated in the “Top Streaming Artist” category, the “Top Rap Song” category for “Anaconda“, and she will be going against Drizzy in the “Top Rap Artist” and “Top Rap Album” categories for their albums If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late and The Pinkprint. Drizzy Drake has also been nominated for “Top Male Artist”.

This year’s Billboard Music Awards will air live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, May 17th from 8PM EST on ABC. You can check out how the nominations for the categories are picked and the full list of nominations below!

Drake Receives Five Nominations At The 2014 Billboard Music Awards

Billboard have announced the nominations for their 2014 Billboard Music Awards, which will air live on ABC at 8PM EST from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, May 18th.

The only artist from Young Money to receive nominations at this year’s Billboard Music Awards is Drizzy Drake – who racked up a total of five.

Drake was nominated in the categories “Top Male Artist”, “Top Rap Artist”, “Top Billboard 200 Album” for Nothing Was The Same, “Top Rap Album” for Nothing Was The Same, and “Top R&B Song” for “Hold On, We’re Going Home” featuring Majid Jordan.

There is no word just yet on if Drizzy will be attending or even performing at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. Hopefully he takes home all the awards that he is up for!

Nicki Minaj & Drake Both Nominated At The 2013 Billboard Music Awards

Earlier today, Billboard announced the nominees for their annual Music Awards, which will air live on ABC May 19th from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. Young Money’s Nicki Minaj received a total of seven nominations and Drake received a total of three nominations.

The categories Drizzy is nominated in are: “Top Male Artist”, “Top Streaming Artist”, and “Top Rap Artist”. The categories Nicki is nominated in are: “Top Female Artist”, “Top Radio Songs Artist”, “Top Streaming Artist”, “Top Rap Artist”, “Top Rap Album” for “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded“, “Top Dance Song” for “Starships“, and “Top R&B Song” for “Girl On Fire“.

Congratulations to the Young Money Barbie and Drizzy Drake! There is no word yet on if either of them will be performing at the awards show.
